My name is Christine Fehring, some may know me as just Chris, due to my time as assistant deli manager at Peter’s market.

I’m a local to the Hudson Valley, having grown up in Accord most of my life. I later met my husband here and we raised a wonderful daughter. I have always enjoyed working with food, but I mostly prepared it, working in restaurants and banquet kitchens. I also have a love for the beautiful area I live in, and believe it has so much to give.

In the short time I’ve been employed at the market I have met so many great people, and plan to meet so many more. My job also consists of working with a number of great local products, made or farmed right in our area, many of which I wasn’t even aware of before.

I’m happy to be a member of the Accord Market team, and thankful for the opportunity for individuals like me to become more aware of what our community has to offer, and being here to watch it all grow.

My name is Cari and I'm happy to introduce myself as the Buyer at Accord Market. I moved to the Hudson Valley 30 years ago, and have made it my home. I live in High Falls adjacent to an apple orchard with sheep, chickens, and organic farms. I'm passionate about connecting with growers who put care into the food we eat and bringing that produce to our customers and community.

People may know me from my time working at the High Falls Food Co-op as Interim General Manager, and providing prepared foods and tending to the produce department.

I'm excited to have transitioned to the Accord Market, where we are actively serving the community and improving accessibility to healthy foods, and continuing to grow our local offerings throughout the store.

I've been seeing a lot of familiar faces here and look forward to connecting here with you. Please feel free to reach out with questions, suggestions or to say hello.

Jade’s been working with us for a few months, and not only is he a friendly face around the store, but he also built this sweet retail shelving! A guy of many talents. Jade came to Accord Market with five years of grocery experience under his belt, focusing on bulk and prepared food at the High Falls Food Co-op. He’s also Cari’s son!

Emily grew up in Kerhonkson and she’s worked here at Accord Market since May. This is her first job out of high school (Rondout Valley HS alum)! Emily is a Virgo, and she loves to keep the shelves tidy and organized. We all benefit from her love for cleaning!! 😂

Say hi to Aili and Abby! They both have after-school jobs at the Market, coming straight from Rondout Valley High School. They bring so many smiles and loads of energy with them each day.

Meet Atticus! Not only is he dashing, but he’s also always working hard, both behind the register and behind the scenes, to keep Accord Market a well-oiled machine. In his spare time, Atticus enjoys playing badminton 🏸 and watching old movies 🎥

By now you have met Chris and #chris'pants. You will usually find Chris buried in the produce section at Accord Market keeping it fresh. He brings with him 20 years of experience at Mother Earth’s, Health and Nutrition, and the High Falls Food Co-op. You may also find Chris at the High Falls Flea every weekend with his sneaker popup! 👟

Say hi to Kenny! You’ve no doubt encountered Kenny’s positive attitude, retailing, and customer service skills at Accord Market. Kenny brings with him experience from Mother Earth’s Storehouse and the High Falls Food Co-op. He likes cooking 🥘 grilling 🔥and drumming 🥁
